Design, Mine & Reclaim all with Carlson Software
Learn About Carlson’s Mining Solutions at AIMEX, Sept. 6-9
MAYSVILLE, Ky., U.S.A. — Carlson Software will be highlighting its comprehensive mining software solutions at the AIMEX Asia-Pacific mining exhibition in Sydney, Australia, this September 6 through 9.
These solutions include the CAD design software Carlson Mining, comprised of the Geology, Surface, Underground and Basic Mining modules, plus Carlson Natural Regrade, which can be used to reclaim disturbed land.
Also featured will be Carlson’s other offerings for mining, which include data collection with Carlson SurvCE, SurvPC and Field; survey and civil design with Carlson Survey and Carlson Civil; plus machine control options including Carlson Grade, Carlson Grade Supervisor, Carlson Drill Grade, Carlson Heartbeat, and Carlson Fleet Manager Office for monitoring and data management.
In use throughout the world, Carlson Mining is the number one software solution for coal mine operations in the United States. It provides legendary ease-of-use, combined with powerful features and CAD-based graphics.
Carlson Mining expert Steve Richards will be “manning” the stand in addition to Carlson Software founder and president, Bruce Carlson. They will answer all questions about Carlson Mining 2012, which will have just been released at the time of the exhibit. This 2012 upgrade provides support for AutoCAD®, versions 2000 through 2012, and comes with IntelliCAD®7.0 built-in.
Richards and Carlson will be there to illustrate how Carlson’s 3D pit design is improved in Carlson Mining 2012 and to show how multiple slope groups are now easy to define for all pit blocks globally with symbols for different slope and bench templates on different sides. They will also be showing the new commands for haul truck cycle analysis and how the software can now calculate cycle time, fleet size and production rates.
“We look forward to meeting those in the mining industry from Australia, the Asia-Pacific region and even further afield,” says Richards. “If they are not familiar already with the capability of Carlson Software’s comprehensive offerings for mining enterprises, I think they will be pleasantly surprised.”
