To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number to return a Carlson Explorer for repair. |

1. Contact Carlson Software at RMA@carlsonsw.com or 606-564-5028.
2. We must have the Serial Number of the hardware. It is on the back of the unit and starts with HH.
3. We must have a full and detailed description of the problem.
4. We must have the complete address, telephone number and contact name of the shipping party. (The unit will be returned to this address.)
